"Service and care provided to me"

I recently required a procedure at the Collie Hospital where I was provided with the most caring, kind and professional service by my gynaecologist and the wonderful nursing and admin staff. 

Dr Lauren the gynaecologist who tended me was very thorough and clearly explained the procedure at the initial appointment and during the procedure.  

The theatre nurses and post procedure nursing staff were just wonderful also.

Dr Emma anaesthetist was gentle and calming to the point that I didn't even feel her touching my hand when she administered the aesthetic. 

Theatre nurse Greta, also reassured me that they were all there to take good care of me.  

The only negative that I have to report is that there was a little mess up with a scheduled pre op phone consultation that didn't occur. However nurse Nicole sorted it out and made it happen. It was a very important part of the pre op procedure as I was required to have an ECG. 

The hospitals recently upgraded operating theatre and recovery facility is state of the art and added to the high standard experience of comfort and ease of a procedure that I was anxious about.

It is just wonderful and so convenient to now be able to undergo this kind of health care and these procedures at the Collie Hospital instead of having to travel to nearby hospitals and specialists rooms.

Dr Lauren's follow-up phone call appointment was also appreciated and during this call reported the test results of my procedures.

I have only praise and gratitude.
