I attended Prince of Wales Hospital, Randwick, Sydney for a Bronchospy recently in the Respiratory Dep't. From the receptionist to the Discharge nurse it was a great experience. Everyone I saw was friendly, kind and professional - with a bit of humour on the side. I felt cared for by the staff and I was well looked after.
