(as a relative),

My parent had several unexplained injuries that nobody seemingly gave a damn about. Left in their own excrement until it dried on their knuckle deep and under their fingernails that they would put in their mouth and rub their eyes with. I believe they didn't prescribed medication or seek medical treatment when I feel they should've. I had to push for pain medication that they should've been giving my parent long before it seems they did. I recall stolen clothing that was brand new with tags on. In my opinion, they left my parent in conditions that I wouldn't leave an animal in. I feel it was pure neglect. I believe it was neglect in my parent’s basic daily care needs, not washing them regularly and leaving their hair matted. Seemingly no respect for my parent or attempt at giving my parent any dignity.
