About: Lives Lived Well - Spring Hill

(as a service user),

Have struggled with ice addiction for quite while now but in this course it has taught me a lot of skills and tools to help me recover and get back to being myself. The facilitators were all amazing and very supportive during and outside the course and can not thank them enough for giving me the opportunity to participate.

It's great to read your thoughts on the course you attended at Lives Lived Well. Congratulate yourself for taking the first step and reaching out for help. It seems you really put everything in to learn new skills to change your life.

It's also great to read how our staff have been a major part of that journey for you. It is so important to have support around you who will listen and encourage you.
