"Medications and time management"

Recently I was given a prescription to place new medications that needed to be put in my webster packs, I cannot stress enough that these medications are currently determining what happens next in regards to my health (keep this in mind for further down the page). I recall the words that the pharmacist used were that they promised it will be ready for me on Monday. I was totally fine with that no worries.

So Monday rolls around, I think to myself leave it for another day to be sure go to pick it up on the following day, same pharmacist greets me and I recall they said, oh yeah sorry it won't be ready until Thursday at the earliest now because they haven't done it yet still, do I want them?

This is the third time this has happened, I'm doing all I can for my health but with these many broken promises and delays in care the contemplation of pharmacy change I do contemplate it more and more.
