When I asked the clerk whether or not the blankets are sterilized after each use, I recall they laughed at me and spoke in a very condescending way which made a feel very uncomfortable. Even after explaining to them I need two blankets because there are two of us I recall they very loudly and bluntly yelled back “one blanket only!”
I've seen this hospital has signs everywhere saying how they do not tolerate aggression and the nurse in charge at one point actually came out to remind the whole waiting room that they can kick you out if you misbehave ( I recall there was no aggression and not even any argument.) At the same time I felt their clerk was mean and rude to a patient who has been waiting for more than 6 hours.
Unprofessional and unacceptable in my opinion.
