"Two experiences at Bright Hospital"

(as the patient),

I attended the Bright Hospital last month for a transfusion and cannot speak highly enough of the experience. All the staff I saw were amazing and did not miss a beat despite being busy. They were cheerful and helpful - even bringing me a cup of tea and a biscuit. So grateful to have this facility in town as I was then able to walk to work and get on with my day.

The following week I accompanied someone to urgent care for pain management. Again, the staff I saw were all considerate and caring, they listened to his requests managed the situation in our local hospital rather than transporting him to Wangeratta. Thankyou to all the people we came in contact with at Bright Hospital, I think we are lucky to have our country hospital :)
