Kerang is where I have had my treatment for the last 4 months. I have had excellent professional Kind Friendly service Cindy is very knowledgable and explains every step of my treatment more than other places i have had treatment Before. The staff I've seen are very caring.
I feel city locations are not interacting in a manner thats ok. some are great others are seemingly pushing you through as a number only, not All but some, the lack of staff is not fair this is stressing on staff where it causes mistakes in city hospitals.
I have had treatment since 2013 Every Fourtnight it has kept me alive. I hope one day there is a treatment where I don't have to always come Every fortnight and can give to myself. Congratulations to Cindy and team being number 1 in my Eyes.
