Recently I had a planned c section in Esperance and it was the most amazing experience for my husband and I. We can’t speak more highly of the midwives who cared for me during the pregnancy and birth. We were really informed and all our birth preferences were respected by Dr Adrian, midwives, the anaesthetist and theatre team. Everyone made us feel so comfortable and we have absolutely no regrets with how it played out. We felt listened to and received great postpartum care on the ward. I also attended the WACHS online Postive C Section birth class ran by one of the Esperance midwives (Skye) and this provided invaluable information which helped enhance our caeserean experience further. I felt the online format of the class worked well and no question was too small. What a great resource to have!

It was amazing to receive such thorough and individualised care. Based on my experience, we highly recommend the maternity services Esperance can provide.

It is lovely to hear such wonderful praise of our staff and to be able to share these positive comments with them. The team have also received acknowledgement from Senior Staff outside of Esperance Health Campus, which is also much appreciated.

Your feedback helps bring awareness of the WACHS Online Positive C Section Birth Class to other mums and dads, as well as how much our Midwives and GP Obstetricians offer when providing such a high level of care in our community.
