I cannot thank the nursing staff enough for what I went though, they were fantastic. From the admission lady, Tam, when I walked through the door, to where you go while waiting for the operation. At that moment, you’re filled with fear and can’t think straight, but another lady whose name I cant remember, she was marvelous she put on a spotify song so we could all have dance. At a time like that it really does help.

In my recovery, Holly was absolutely amazing. She normally works in emergency and she was fantastic I cant thank her enough for her care and support in such a short time.

I cannot fault the food. Something as simple as sandwiches and a bowl of rice bubbles was just really nice I was really grateful.

And the night staff I saw were great. They were very very polite and decent and if they had to see someone during the night they didn’t make a lot of noise, they weren’t walking around heavy footed, they were very considerate so I thank them as well.

I don’t get sick very often, so to get that sort of treatment was really great and I think people like these should be recognized.
