The experience I had for my antenatal and postnatal care was amazing at Osbourne park hospital with MAPS. 

I had the same midwife for all of my antenatal appointments and postnatal appointments. 

My midwife showed me the delivery suites and provided detailed and helpful information on an ongoing basis. 

There were also regular coffee meet up mornings in the hospital where pregnant and postnatal women attended. It was a lovely activity that introduced women and partners going through the same thing. 

Additionally after the birth, my midwife completed three home visits, which was extremely helpful to recieve extra support with baby care and feeding. 

It was always a positive experience and supportive environment for me and my partner and we are so grateful to have been involved with MAPS.

Congratulations on the birth of your baby and thank you for taking the time to share your experience with the Maternity Antenatal and Postnatal Service (MAPS) program at Osborne Park Hospital.

I’m so glad that the continuity of care you encountered with the MAPS provided such a positive experience. It’s lovely to hear how much of a positive impact having a dedicated midwife had on your pregnancy and birthing journey.
