(as the patient),

I have been going there for dressing after a crush injury 

I found the nurses in wound care have been excellent 

I had Serge the nurse on a Saturday, I found that he was thorough and accommodating. I felt he took time and care in dressing the wound. I found this very professional and pleasant. 

At other times I found all nurses Tamara, Angie, Jyoti, etc I feel have been fantastic 

The only down thing I think is the shortage of nurses and waiting period

I found the front line staff Peter, Joanna and another lady are excellent too

Whilst I appreciate your compliment for our amazing staff, I also acknowledge your feedback for how we can improve our service. We are constantly evaluating our practices, seeking feedback and implementing changes to enhance patient care and experience.
