"Complaint"

About: Sydney / Sydney Eye Hospital / Peri-Operative Service

(as the patient),

Impatient due to cornea transplant.

In the morning the nurse came to see me for eye drops to which i said ill be ready in 5minutes as i was finishing

I fell asleep only for a nice doctor to wake me and say that I shouldnt refuse the eye drops. To which i said i did not.

I feel notes should be accurate and reflect the truth. Not seemingly tailored to suit the nurses political agenda.

I requested to read the notes through to the nurse to which they refused

I then asked for a information form under freedom of information to which they also refused to provide.
