Since my work accident 2yrs ago I turned to alcohol to cope with my pain and trauma. 1 year in I realised I had a problem and decided to reach out and get help. In the last year I have engaged with the LLW team I am now accessing services to help me detox, reduce my drinking, get Into rehab, work on my trauma, seek counselling and engage in their programs to help me educate myself and learn tools to help me change my thoughts and ways and to become a better person within myself. 

Without the LLW team supporting me and my family I feel I wouldn’t be where I am today. I’m still learning but I am so much better than I was a year ago. I found that I can’t fault the team there at all. I think they're an amazing group of people.
