Recently, I received a phone call from 6457 3598, but can't give you a name as it seems no one at the hospital gives me a proper name. I was told my latest urine test showed an infection and my upcoming treatment was cancelled. This staff member, who I felt deliberately hurt and lied to someone with cancer, told me a Doctor would ring me. Not the first time, the last time I sat for hours waiting for a phone appointment and later found out the doctor had marked the appointment as attended. I believe this was falsifying my records again and again, seemingly endangering my life.

This morning while delivering another urine sample to Pathwest Joondalup I asked them to see my results from the sample I delivered on the recent morning. The results have still not been delivered. I feel the two doctors both lied, nothing unusual to me in the last 9 months.

Every time I enter Charlie Gardener Hospital I see signs telling me of my rights and how Dr's must include us in the treatment and results. I believe either the Hospital board are seemingly liars as well as the Dr's or completely ignorant of what is happening which is probably worse. Perhaps the Dr's just do not care.

Based on my experience, I realize there is no Hippocratic oath any more. I feel most of your Dr's suffer from a major case of God complex but enough is enough and I intend to continue sending this to everyone I can think of until what I believe to be the lies and interruptions stop. I will probably continue until these people are seemingly held responsible for their actions and the problem resolved permanently so others do not suffer.
