"A recent visit to St George Hospital"

About: Ambulance Service of New South Wales St George Hospital / Emergency Department

(as the patient),

I recently took ill and I could not remember anything at all.

My wife call 000 and an ambulance quickly arrived, They diagnosed the situation and looked for a Hospital with a neurologist on call and took me to St George Hospital.

When we arrived I'm told that a number of staff met the Ambulance at the Hospital in case of a worse situation arising. By the time my wife arrived I had already had a CT Scan done and with the results. The scan was clear and I was diagnosed with TGA. (Transient global amnesia).

I would sincerely like to thank the Ambo's, the Staff, the Nurses, the Doctors and Specialist who looked after me from the time I arrived until checkout the following afternoon.

Also a shout out to my Wife and Son for standing by me during this episode.
