"Care for my wife during a hospital visit."

(as a relative),

During an appointment at Albany Health campus, my wife was confused and unsure why she was there but I felt she was treated with respect and compassion by all the staff with whom she came in contact, including the reception staff who were wonderful despite being very busy themselves.

Thank you for posting about your wife’s recent appointment at Albany Health Campus.

Whilst it is lovely to hear that you felt she was treated with respect and compassion, it is concerning that your wife was confused as to why she was there. I would be very interested to learn more about why this was and to see that necessary improvements are implemented to ensure all patients attending our service are adequately informed as to why they need to be here.
