On presenting at ED / Triage I was treated very promptly and courteously. Followed through to the team in ED, the professionalism continued through the examination, further CT scan and other tests, 'to make sure we are not missing anything underlying', I recall was the response. At all times I was kept up to date as things progressed along, also understanding some results take time.
Moved to the ward for a three-day admission, the entire ward staff were caring and supportive during my admission also ensuring I was kept up to date with my ongoing treatment. The ward support staff were always courteous and friendly.
I only have praise for professionalism for all the staff at KHC.
