(as a relative),

I had the fortunate experience of being approached by Niva from reception as I was about to pay for parking. She advised me of less expensive options for parking while visiting my mom at Prince of Wales Public hospital. I had no idea there were options and this will allow me to have much more time visiting my mother as I do not have to walk from street parking. More importantly, when I am with my dad who has mobility issues I will not have to worry about how long we spend visiting my mum. Thank you Niva for being proactive and helping me out, much apprecited.
