"Meth rehab"

About: Lives Lived Well – Watershed Residential Service (Wollongong)

(as a service user),

When I started out I felt invincible but as I lost everything I felt like a piece of s**t. I'm feeling 100% better going to rehab watershed to be exact, nice people I meet and the workers work with you.

Dear reticulumth77,

It's great to read that Watershed has helped you feel better. Withdrawing from meth is a very difficult thing to do - the physical and emotional pain is real. You should be proud of yourself for taking the first step into recovery and sticking with it. I suspect you will have days that are great and days that are not so good. Keep with it and always reach out if you need additional support. We are here to help and support you through what could be the most important thing you do in your life.

Stay positive, feel better every day and check in with your workers when you need to.

All the best for ongoing abstinence.

Regards,

Lara
