Daily dressing changes required post operation for cyst removal on tailbone. This was a repeat occurrence and I was feeling very nervous and frightened about attending the clinic.
The staff were excellent at reassuring me and arranging for adequate pain relief to be administered during initial dressing changes to make things more bearable and less traumatic.
