(as a relative),

Earlier this year, my brother was admitted due to end stage Copd. The care that was provided to him was both heartfelt and sincere. He was in quite alot of distress and became very difficult to manage at times. However, the nurses on your team were so patient and sympathetic to his needs. Two nurses in particular for special mention Narelle and Matthew. Please keep up the amazing work you all do and thank you all for looking after my brother who sadly passed away at home shortly after he returned home.

I am so sorry to hear the sad news about your brother.

I know that the staff will be very grateful that you have taken the time to provide such lovely feedback on his care whilst he was in hospital.
