"Staff Recommendation"

Over the last several weeks, I have attended the front desk of Prince Of Wales Hospital and I was served by Miss Niva. I found her to be a very pleasant and competent person. No matter what the time of day, she was always smiling and seemingly eager to help all the customers who approached her for assistance.

I noted that she was multi skilled and multi lingual, she seems to have a special skill to assist people of different ethnic backgrounds.

I feel that she is capable of more responsible and demanding jobs within the hospital.

I feel you should be proud of such staff who eased the tension of some very stressed persons
