(as a parent/guardian),

My son had a bad head wound from a fall in the skate park and required a plastic surgeon to attend the wound. Dr Daniel from Joondalup hospital managed to run in between theatre jobs to attend my son sitting in peads ED and do it via local anaesthetic because my son felt that he could handle it. Dr Daniel was efficient yet compassionate and understood exactly how to help. He did it all extremely quickly and made the 13 stitch wound look very neat and tidy. Thank you Dr Daniel. And thank you to all the staff we saw at Joondalup hospital. Every member we spoke to was knowledgeable and efficient. My son and I left the hospital feeling confident about the care we were given.
