"Patient Experience Officer doing his job, very well!"

About: Sydney / Sydney Eye Hospital / Emergency Department

(as other),

My wife and I went to the Sydney Eye Hospital to have an inflamation in my wife's eye looked at by an ophthalmologist and were met at the door by this very pleasant yet professional Patient Experience Officer named Gowtham. Gowtham almost spoon-fed through the entire process we'd be following. He was informative, courteous, very comfortable with patients and yet very kind in the way he interacted with the patients entering even though there were quite a few today. Well done Gowtham you did a great job !!!

It's not the job you do but your demeanor and ettiquette in which you handled quries aas well as irate patients. Yoy didn't lose it.

Take a bow mate !

Dear februarybf47

Thank you for writing such lovely feedback about our Patient Experience Officer Gowtham. You might be pleased to know that this is the second compliment he has received in a week.

I am pleased that you took time out of your day to share your experience with us. I will be sure to pass your comments onto Gowtham.

With kind regards
