"My experience of receiving first aid and emergency department admission"

I collapsed on my way to work. When I regained consciousness, I was being assessed by Sid (Dr from ED), Kate (nurse from Hyperbaric) and Alma (Dr) who were on their way to work at Prince of Wales Hospital and came to my aid. I would like to thank Sid, Kate and Alma who were both professional and kind in their interactions with me as well as contacting an ambulance and providing a handover.

The paramedic who attended was professional and kind.

My experience in the Emergency department was equally calm, thorough and thoughtful.  I would like to thank Dr Victoria and my nurse for their excellent care of me.
