"Great experience in trying circumstances"

About: Albany Health Campus / Emergency Department

(as the patient),

I came into ED from my GP via ambulance, even though I was ramped and the ED was visibly very busy I felt cared for and seen!

Once in a bay in ED, my nurse Tara was very efficient getting everything done quickly and doing what she said she would, she relayed any concerns I had over my stay to the Dr and was treated as quick as a busy ED could treat me!

Dear Dickylungs16,

Thank you so much for your kind words. We're truly glad to hear that, despite the challenges with ramping and a busy ED, you still felt cared for and seen. Our team strives to provide compassionate care to every patient, no matter the circumstances, and your feedback means a lot to us. Wishing you all the best in your recovery!

Kind Regards
