How Care Opinion works

Care Opinion makes it simple for people to share their stories and for services to listen and respond. We do the heavy lifting, so your teams can focus on listening, learning, and improving.

Transparency, moderation and risk management at Care Opinion

Every story published on Care Opinion is reviewed by our trained Australian moderation team. Our moderation process safeguards privacy, supports safety, and encourages constructive, fair conversations.
