Responding to stories shared on the Care Opinion platform is something many people struggle with. Whether it be the public nature of the platform, bringing humanity into the process or avoiding platitudes when you can't identify the patient, writing responses doesn't always come naturally.
Join us for this interactive webinar to learn about conveying compassion and authenticity in your responses on the Care Opinion platform. We will compare a generic response compared with a personalised response, consider phrasing across different story themes and how to make a start when writing your response.
