Care Opinion Australia is based in Queensland, Australia and stories (and responses to stories) are moderated and published within our office hours.
Our office hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (AEST) Mondays to Fridays, excluding Australia's national public holidays and Queensland's state public holidays.
Please note: Care Opinion Australia is not a service provider. If you require immediate help, advice or support, we encourage you to reach out to an organisation that can provide this care.
For storytellers:
Due to an unprecedented outage from 3rd December to 5th December, some stories may not have been successfully submitted. If you told a story on any of these dates and have not been contacted about your story nor received a publication email, we encourage you to resubmit your story. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. If you wish to clarify if your story has been successfully received, please email our office at moderators@careopinion.org.au.
