Our training is offered via live training webinars, just-in-time learning and one-on-one support. This is all designed to help you to make the most of the platform's features and functionality.
Live training webinars
We offer live webinars on a variety of topics all designed to help you make the most of the platform's functionality, partner with your consumers and easily draw evidence of meeting quality standards for accreditation.

Sessions will be recorded and available online within 5 business days of the session's conclusion. Our training calendar is available with registrations open for sessions between March and June 2023.

Just-in-time Learning
Take advantage of our how-to videos designed to give you just the information you need, when you need it. With each video less than 6 minutes long, you'll can get it done over a cup of coffee.
Learn to use some of our more advanced search features, get your alerts sorted, and confidently help your members with their questions. More videos will be uploaded in the coming weeks so you'll be an expert in no time!
