We know there are always two sides to every story, and there are times when staff will have a different recollections of an experience of care than what is reflected by the storyteller.
In this session, we will discuss:
- what to do when a storyteller's understanding of a situation is not accurate
- how to gently correct misinformation
- how to defend staff compassionately
- what action can be taken when a patient cannot be identified.
