Truth vs. Perception in Critical Stories

We know there are always two sides to every story, and there are times when staff will have a different recollections of an experience of care than what is reflected by the storyteller.

In this session, we will discuss:

• what to do when a storyteller's understanding of a situation is not accurate
• how to gently correct misinformation
• how to defend staff compassionately
• what action can be taken when a patient cannot be identified.

Webinars will be held monthly and:

• be recorded
• be hosted on Microsoft Teams
• have their own unique registration link
• be scheduled for 8:30am to 9:30am (WST) / 10:30pm to 11:30pm (AEST).
