Christmas Closure 2025

The Care Opinion Australia office will be closed from 12:00pm (AEST) from 24 December 2025 and will reopen on 5 January 2026.

During this time, the moderation team will be working limited hours and there may be a delay in publishing stories. We remain committed to reviewing and publishing stories as soon as possible and our normal operating hours will resume from Monday 5 January.

Tell Your Story

Tell us about an experience of health, aged or community care within the last 2 years.

Your story is a brief description of a personal experience of care with a service provider. It can include what happened, what was good and what could have been better.

You can use words, our picture tiles or both to help tell your story.

If you need immediate help, these support services may be able to help.


What happens to your story?

We read your story and publish it on our website if we can. We moderate all stories to keep consumers and staff safe.


We ask for your email so we can let you know when we publish your story, but we don't share your confidential information with anyone else unless we believe that there is an immediate risk of serious harm or loss of life to you, or to someone else (see our privacy policy).


We always do our best to contact your service provider to let them know about your story and invite them to respond to it. If they do, we let you know.
