My sibling was found in their residence in a very critical condition so we took them to the Emergency Department of Royal Perth Hospital. The triage nurse was very diligent in his dealings and medical checks on my sibling. He also admitted my sibling into emergency based on the information I provided and on his own findings. My sibling was in hospital for almost two months and from the first to the last day was very well attended to and taken care of. Special mention goes to Debbie the Ward Clerk on the ward who was extremely helpful, supportive, compassionate and most of all had the answer to any question she was asked.
I cannot praise Mo and Tamara from the social work section enough. These two people showed nothing but support, compassion and professionalism and went the extra mile to arrange my sibling's welfare payments and facilitate a speedy and smooth transition from hospital to a nursing home. In fact, even after my sibling was transferred to a nursing home they contacted me to ensure my sibling is getting the care that they need.
"Excellent care and follow up for my sibling"
