"Counselling sessions by phone"

About: Swan Hill District Health - Counselling Service

(as a service user),

I was allocated a person to speak to during Covid & prior to having a hip replacement. I was feeling a bit isolated depressed, vulnerable & of course in pain which I had some trouble controlling. However the person I had was just fabulous. He talked to me, answered ?’s, guided me to look at things differently…& regularly.

It was a wonderful service & gift for which I am most grateful. I was ‘blessed’ to have the man I did.

Having been assessed for assistance this was the only one I received. It couldn’t have been more appropriate…other things are still awaited…
