We are pleased to announce the launch of the new A4 Care Opinion leaflet. This new leaflet is available for download and print in service, and is to be used in tandem with the Reply-Paid envelope. Reply-Paid envelopes are available for order at a much lower cost than the original A4 self-sealing leaflet.

The new leaflet process is simple:
Step 1: Start by downloading the A4 leaflet.
Step 2: Print following the 'how to print and co-brand the Care Opinion leaflet' document. This document will explain what settings you will need on your printer to ensure best print quality.
Step 3: You'll also need to place an order for the Reply-Paid envelope using the envelope order form. Simply fill out this form and email it to info@careopinion.org.au where one of our team will process your order and send it directly to you.
Step 4: Upon receiving the Reply-Paid envelopes place them alongside your printed leaflets on display at your service.
