Care Opinion Australia, formerly Patient Opinion Australia, is celebrating its 10 year anniversary this year. The platform was founded by Paul Hodgkin, a GP in Sheffield (UK), who wanted to make the wisdom of patients available to the National Health Services (NHS).
From humble beginnings in 2012, Care (Patient) Opinion Australia has grown across the nation and delivers a two-way platform for dialogical feedback. The Care (Patient) Opinion Australia team could not have done the work they have, without the support of services and consumers alike.
Here at Care (Patient) Opinion Australia we know that...
"Hearing the patient voice is central to ensuring better safety and quality across our health services. The patient's experience is everything."
...a motto by which our CEO, Associate Professor Michael Greco, has conducted business by, to put the power back into the consumers' hands and to look at what the patient journey offers services.
Look over the past 10 years through the below links as we explore how the platform and landscape of consumer feedback have changed and evolved through time: the emergence of relational feedback.
